How to add Alerts to schedule
One of the key Repsly features is to track your team in real-time and here it just gets better. You can also set up to get Alerts when a visit is done, missed or if your representative is late for it.
This helps you improve the visibility and track the productivity of your team even more and in the following lines will be explained how to set up the alerts and how it works.
To ensure a tight scheduling process, alerts can be sent if specific conditions are met.
These 'conditions' can be: visit missed, done, or late.
Alerts can be sent to one or multiple back-office users and are triggered based on the condition as follows:
- If missed: after predefined visit duration passes (or after midnight, if set to 'anytime').
- If done: upon the rep's check-out from that visit.
- If late: 15 minutes after the scheduled visit's start time.
Note: Scheduled visits with a due date are considered missing after midnight.
