When you're scheduling a visit, you can write a description that may help you remember important details about the visit, but once the visit is over, you are not able to see the description. To view it after the visit, you will have to export the report of the scheduled visit. To do so, follow the steps described in the article below.
1. When you create an event or place visit, you can add the description to it.
2. Open the gear icon and click on the export and import button
2. Choose Scheduled Visits report. Set up the date range, the Representatives, and visit status and how you want to export your file (semicolon or excel). After that click on the Export button.
After you have exported your file, you will see the Visit notes (which are your description that you add in the scheduling specific event). You will have all your descriptions in one place in the excel spreadsheet.
