How Viewer Limits Work
Each Repsly plan tier includes a defined number of Viewer user seats. A Viewer user counts toward your limit as soon as they are added as an active user. Deactivated Viewer users do not count toward your limit.
Note: Contact your CSM or refer to your plan documentation for exact limits.
Checking Your Current Viewer Usage
- Go to User Management. Click on Filters.
- Filter by Role: Viewer.
- The number of active Viewers displayed is your current usage.
- You can also click the gear icon and select Company info. Here you'll see data for your Repsly subscription plan. The number of Viewers active will also be visible.
What Happens If You Exceed Your Limit
- Your CS Manager will reach out to discuss next steps. If the number of Viewer users exceeds your plan limits, you may need to upgrade your plan or deactivate existing Viewers.
- Existing active Viewers will retain their access and are not automatically deactivated.
Adding More Viewer Capacity
- Upgrade your plan tier: Contact your CSM or reach out to our Support team at support@repsly.com to discuss plan options.
- Deactivate unused Viewers: Review your active Viewer list and deactivate partners who no longer need access.
Deactivating a Viewer
- Go to User Management.
- Find the Viewer you want to deactivate.
- Open their profile and toggle their status to Inactive.
- Click Save. Deactivated Viewers lose access immediately.
If you want to deactivate multiple users, you can now perform a bulk action. On the Users page, select all Viewers you want to deactivate. At the bottom of the page, a pop-up message will appear where you can select the option to Deactivate Users at once. Confirm your decision.
FAQs
Do Viewer users count toward my regular Repsly user limit?
No. Viewer users have their own separate limit and do not consume regular Repsly user seats.
Can I add a Viewer temporarily and then deactivate them?
Yes. You can deactivate Viewers at any time, and reactivate them later as long as you have available seats.
What happens to a Viewer's settings if I deactivate them?
Their profile and form access configuration are preserved. Reactivating them restores their previous access.
