Admins can access their Repsly users by clicking on the User tab in the Web app. From this tab, an Admin (with necessary permissions) is able to add new users, deactivate old users, edit user profiles and completely manage their team. All users marked as active will count towards your user count, and we encourage our customers to keep this database updated at all times.
Moving forward, customers will only be able to have as many users active as their subscription allows. Customers attempting to add users beyond their subscribed tier limit will be alerted that they have reached their limit.
At the top of the User tab, you can also see exactly how many users you have active at any time and how many users you have available based on your Repsly subscription.
If you are looking to Add a New User, follow these steps. Additionally, if you have permissions to Import a User List in bulk, you can do so by following these steps.
On the User Profile page, you will see there is a button to either activate a new user OR deactivate an old user, that you no longer want to have access to your account.
If a user is marked as deactivate all their data will remain in your account, but they will no longer have access to your account, and they will not count towards your overall user count.
Additionally on the User tab, we offer information like Latest activity, Last Mobile Sync (for Mobile app users) and Last Web Sync (for Web app users) - you may find this information useful when managing your user count.
This information can be viewed in the User tab or it can be exported by clicking on the Export button.
