Did somebody from your team leave the company or your old teammate come back? If you have to delete a back-office user, this can be easily done on their profile the same as reactivating them. Take a look at this short article to find out how to remove or reactivate a back-office user.
How to remove a user:
1. In order to remove a user, open the User tab and choose the user you would like to deactivate:
We’ve introduced new bulk user management options in the Repsly web application to help you manage users more efficiently. When selecting multiple users on the Users page, you will now see new options in the black action menu, including Deactivate Users to quickly deactivate several users at once and Send Activation Email to send activation emails to multiple inactive users in just a few clicks.
How to reactivate a user:

Changing admins/Repsly account owners
If your company is going through management changes and you need to change your admin/account owner, if you still haven't, please create a new back-office profile for this user first.
When you do that, contact us at support@repsly.com and we can give that user admin rights.
