How can I import a list of project visits?

You can import a list of visits directly to your project (use import to add, edit or delete visits). You can also import a list of places and then select those places to create visits for a project.

Import project visits via import 

1. Open your Project, click on + Create visits and choose Import visits.
   
2. Now you can choose to upload a file or copy and paste entries. On this page, you will also find a sample table.
   
3. Once you import your data and validate columns, Repsly will start importing. Once it is done, you will receive a notification to your email - if there are any errors, it will show them so you can correct them.

Import project visits via places 

1. Add and update a list of places via import by following this article on How to Import Place Lists into Repsly

2. You can import the list with a tag to make them easily identifiable.

3. In a project, select the “+ Create visits” button.

4. Apply filters, such as tags, to narrow the list of places.

5. Select places to visit for the project, and then select “+ Create visits” in the black action bar.
