How do reps find jobs?

Representatives will be able to see available jobs that they qualify for in a few places:

 

Places List - Places with available jobs will have a badge with the count of available jobs at that place. Reps can filter the list by places with Available Jobs to quickly see the jobs closest to their current location. Clicking on the place will bring them to the Place details for more information about the job.

Place Details - Places will have a new Jobs tab to see a list of Available Jobs organized by project and visit date. The list is sorted by the project end date. Clicking on the project tile will open a project details screen with more information while clicking on the date rows will open the scheduler to allow the rep to schedule the visit (and thus claim it) quickly.

Project Details - This shows all relevant information about a project, such as time frame, brand, priority, materials required, etc. In addition, it includes a tab for Available Jobs, where they can see all the places and dates of jobs they could pick up, as well as Scheduled Visits, where they can see all the visits they have scheduled for the project.

Jobs - This shows a list of projects with Available Jobs with a summary of project information, including name, brand, time frame, priority (if high), materials required (if yes), expected visit duration, number of available jobs, and job pay (if set). The user must click through to Project details to view and schedule jobs.

Places Map - In the zoomed-in map view, we’ll indicate if a place has an available job on the place pin with either the expected pay amount (if available) or just a Job Badge. If the user selects a place, we’ll include job info below the place details.
