A job board is a great way to reduce admin time spent optimizing scheduling and instead allow reps to complete work as convenient. However, a manager should review projects to make sure the work is getting scheduled and completed on time. What if you don’t have appropriate coverage? Do some locations have no interest or qualified reps? What if you’re running behind schedule?
There are a few different ways to track the progress of a project on the job board to identify staffing issues and react in time.
-
At the top of a project’s “Job board” tab, there are a few KPIs:
-
“Visits on job board” shows how many unscheduled visits in the project are published to the job board.
-
“Total qualified representatives” shows how many reps meet the representative parameters set. If no visits are added, this won’t include place or territory restrictions. Not all qualified reps may see all jobs under the project.
-
“Visits claimed through job board” shows how many visits were scheduled by a rep after viewing the job on mobile (vs assigned to the rep by a manager).
-
-
The “Published on” column will show when the visit was last published on the job board. If a project were published, unpublished, and published again, this would show the most recent publish date. If a project was published to the job board, and visits were added later, the publish date would be when each visit was created.

The “Qualified representatives” column will show how many representatives would be able to see the job on mobile, based on the parameters set as well as place and territory visibility restrictions.
