Repsly allows you to add users as managers so they can have access to the data, but you can also limit the access to certain admin and this allows the Account Manager to set restrictions on other members to account accessibility.
Below we explain what each permission means in practice so you can decide which to check on or off, depending on your business needs. If you check all of them, your user will have all permissions as the account owner - except managing the subscription and seeing the billing info. These two things are something only the account owner can do.
If you remove the permissions, however, your user won't be able to do the following if the permission is unchecked:
Data administration
Places - if unchecked the user cannot add new places, they can see the existing ones and open them - but cannot edit them - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Products - if unchecked the user cannot add new products, they can see the existing ones and open them - but cannot edit them - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Forms - if unchecked the user cannot add new forms, they can see the existing ones and open them - but cannot edit them - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Schedule -if unchecked the user cannot add new visits, but also can't see the existing ones and open them - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Statuses - if unchecked the user cannot create new statuses or edit existing ones in the Status page (application settings/status) , - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Audits - if unchecked the user cannot add new audits, they can see the existing ones and open them - but cannot edit them - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message
Tags - if unchecked the user cannot create new tags or edit existing ones in the Tags page (application settings/tags) , - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Custom attributes - if unchecked the user cannot create new Custom attributes or edit existing ones in the Custom attributes page (application settings/Custom attributes) , - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Custom Representatives attributes - if you don’t want the user to be able to update a representative’s profile, including populating custom attributes, also uncheck the “Representatives” permission.
Application settings - if unchecked the user cannot make any changes, only see the current settings. If they try to edit something and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Delete activities on Home screen - if unchecked, a user can open activities but won't see the trashcan icon so they won't be able to delete any activities (or know that it is an option), but also cannot make edits in the Time and mileage report (Tabular view).
Imports
Places - if unchecked, the user cannot import places, they don't see the import icons/option
Products - if unchecked, the user cannot import places, they don't see the import icons/option
Schedule - if unchecked, the user cannot import schedules, they don't see the import icons/option
Price lists - if unchecked, the user cannot import price lists, they don't see the import icons/option
Price lists for Places - if unchecked, the user cannot import price lists, they don't see the import icons/option
Package types - if unchecked, when the user clicks on package types they will see the "not authorized message"
Data analysis
Exports - if unchecked, the user will see the export button overall in the app but cannot use it, if they click on it they will see the "not authorized message"
Public link - if unchecked, the user won't see the globe and the link button or send e-mail button overall in the app so they won't be able to e-mail from the Repsly web app
Manage Organization
Representatives - if unchecked, the user cannot add new representatives, they can see the existing ones and open them - but cannot edit them - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Back-office users- if unchecked, the user cannot add new back-office users, they can see the existing ones and open them - but cannot edit them - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Territories - if unchecked, the user cannot add new territories, they can see the existing ones and open them - but cannot edit them - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Company info - if unchecked, the user cannot edit the company info - under Settings/ company info - they can see the current state but if they click on EDIT they will see the message the "not authorized message"
3rd party users- if unchecked, the user cannot add new 3rd party users, they can see the existing ones and open them - but cannot edit them - if they try that and click on Save the action will not be performed - they will see the message the "not authorized message"
Projects - if unchecked the user will not be able to see the Projects in the main navigation menu, and users will not be able to view, edit or create projects. Users will be able to see project names in filters and activity data.
