The Repsly Mobile app allows reps to check into a place while they are on site.

Reps should check in at the beginning of their visit and then log any activities that they need to complete. The Backoffice Manager will then be able to see how long a rep spends at each visit, as well as the activities that they complete while they are there. 

 How to Check In to a Place on the Mobile App

1. Tap on the Places tab. Select the place you want to visit from the Places list.

2. Tap on the green check-in button. You are now checked in. Use the buttons on the screen to complete your store visit.

3. Check out when you are done by tapping on the check-out button at the bottom of your screen. Confirm our decision by tapping on YES.

Running clock of time in-store

Repsly will also record the duration of a visit. All you need to do is check in, and then the "running clock" starts.

Throughout the visit, and while performing activities, you're able to see how much time has passed since you checked into a place.

You can also see how much you've spent checked in to a place, on your Activities page. 

If you don't check out from a place, your Menu icon and Place tab will have an orange dot. To see from which place you're not checked out, click on the Places tab. Here you're also able to see for how long you've been checked in to that place. 

Results

Checking in to places allows reps and Managers to track their time at each visit. By checking in, reps can manage their activities at each location. Each activity completed will be logged in real-time in the Backoffice for Managers to view.
