Using Repsly to Report on Trends
Repsly provides Managers with the ability to report on their data. Inside Repsly's reporting function, Managers can view detailed information and trends on their data.
To start viewing these trends first click on the Reports tab located on the navigation pane under Files. From here you can see all of your available Dashboards and Reports. Now it has the new look and when you click on reports you get the drop-down menu:
Below you will find the different types of reports and dashboards you will be able to see in the Overview option
Dashboard Report: You can customize and build your own custom dashboard by extracting the information you want based on the form you have filled out and pinning them on the dashboard.
Summary Report: Gives a high-level overview of reps' activities over a period of time.
Rankings Report: Can be seen for both place and reps. The purpose of this report is to rank your reps or places by activity.
Sales Report: This is a sales report by each product.
Schedule Report: This is a schedule report by place or representative.
Coverage Report: This report will analyze how well your team is covering your territory.
Under the column Places visited in the Coverage report are shown Places which are visited by Representatives, but only those Places which are assigned to them.
Time and Mileage tracking: This report will show you your representative's time and mileage.
Form reports are now under the Overview option with the new look:
Our new Form reports make it easy for field team managers to filter the data their team collects in the field and drill down with specific views for the accounts, products, in-store conditions, or reps that matter most.
Repsly provides Managers with enhanced reporting functions, such as viewing reports and data by trends. This enhanced level of reporting and data analysis allows Managers to gain visibility and better understand their business needs.
