- Remote Check-In Reps often perform work beyond in-store visits (sales calls, administrative work, training, etc.). The Remote Check-In option allows reps to have the ability to easily log off-site work while enabling a manager to have more detailed reporting insights when viewing field team activity.
Reps can more effectively track their activities and seamlessly differentiate time spent for on-site and off-site activities. Having the ability to segment reporting criteria based on visit type can help inform compensation, among other reporting items. Remote Check in
- Unified User List: One User Profile
Better design highlights essential information in user profiles. Improved access management means you can now seamlessly grant a Rep web access. Choose if a new user should receive an activation email immediately and send dynamic activation emails based on the user's role(s). - Scheduling Improvements
Visit durations can be set in increments of 15 minutes rather than 30 minutes for more precise scheduling. Recurring visit options are extended to support repeating daily and multiple times per week. View completed and missed tasks after a visit has concluded so you can schedule a follow-up if necessary.Visits can no longer be scheduled to representatives who cannot see/execute a visit based on visibility settings. When adding places, the street number is added to the end of the line, not the beginning.

When the form is exported as PDF, some questions are cut off
