Fixes
- T&M shows rep being on pause for 180min, but activities show it being 30min
- The location of the scheduled visit doesn't refresh on a mobile device after it's changed in the BO until the user clicks on it.
- The app crashes when entering the place edit/adding new place screen and scrolling down
- Number values in the custom report are rounded up wrong
- Maps shows Shelfscan activities as done in Asia, instead of Canada
- The descriptive field isn't wholly visible because it doesn't appear centered on the rep's mobile device
