What's new

In the past weeks, we have fixed all known errors to ensure optimal app performance.
Below, you can see a list of improvements we have made to the Web portal, APIs and Integrations, iOS, or Android.

 

1. Product Lists now have a dedicated import/export API, alongside a redesigned single-step file import that supports partial updates. No more full list re-imports.

Customers will now be able to:
  • Programmatically create and manage product lists through an API
  • Manage lists, assignments, and products in a single-step import process
  • Perform partial updates instead of full list re-imports

2.  Viewer Role is now available 

We’ve replaced the legacy 3rd Party Portal with a new, secure Viewer Role inside Repsly Web. The new role provides customers with a more secure and scalable way to share execution data with brands, partners, executives, and other external stakeholders—without exposing operational tools or relying on manual report-sharing.

3. New: Bulk user activation & deactivation

Admins can now activate and deactivate users in bulk directly from the Users table — no user import required.
 

 

iOS App

Updates

  • POS loading visibility improvement

Fixes

  • After switching views of the Schedule, scrolling on the timeline takes the user to 1990
  • CA change on iOS app causes the AccountIDs to appear as blanks in places exported in the Web app
  • Adding a date CA takes you back to the product list, instead of order details

 

Android App

Fixes

  • Project visit duplicated after the auto checkout on the feed and schedules, but activity and time are missing in the projects
  • Place search doesn't return results for diacritic symbols
     

Portal

  • Updated the Export of PDF charts ability

Fixes

  • Shelfscan option missing from the filter on Feed
  • Updated product photos' thumbnail is not showing in the products list in Edge and Chrome
  • Matrix Photo details view is broken
  • Exporting charts as PDF times out
  • Territory picker in the place details looks like a multi-select type field on the frontend
  • Map view is not available if the user imports only place coordinates, without the address

  • Time and mileage timeline shows visits made after the day ended differently depending on mobile platform
