- Form is not visible on iOS after the second stacked visibility period starts

- Async export ignores the app language, so exported files all have column names in English

- Unable to edit the photo child question in branched questions
- Emailed custom dashboard reports show decimal numbers, instead of integers, and the numbers overlap
