What's new

In the past weeks, we have fixed all known errors to ensure optimal app performance.
Below, you can see a list of improvements we have made to the Web portal, iOS, or Android.

 

1. Limit Form Visibility to Project Visits

This Rule Builder template allows admins to restrict a form so it can only be used as part of a project visit. When this rule is enabled, the form:

  • It is visible to representatives only when it is attached to a project visit for one of the selected projects
  • Cannot be added by admins to regular, non-project visits
  • Is automatically hidden from the representative’s general interface outside of the relevant project context
     

2. Limit Form Visibility to Scheduled Visits

This Rule Builder template gives admins strict control over when a form is available to field reps. Once applied, a form:

  • Appears to reps only when it is attached as a task on an active scheduled visit
  • Is hidden from general form entry points (Places, Frequent Tasks, + Add Form) when it is not part of a scheduled visit.
     

iOS App

Fixes

  • Autofill not prepopulating Matrix, Yes/No, or Numeric questions
  • Answers to matrix questions in drafts are lost after the rep backs out of the form
  • Feed filter by rep doesn't show the list of reps who are assigned to all teams, but only those assigned to specific ones
  • Start workday without a start date
  • Since the last Okta update, users are prompted to enter their username twice
  • Text and number CA's behave like hyperlinks

 

Android App

Fixes

  • Remove the barcode scanner from the matrix questions when there are no available products

 

Portal

  • Search option added to the territory picker in place details

Fixes

  • Validations for old data are not visible in the new place details
  • Admins are able to export a form from Form reports for all dates, but exports from the feed and settings are resulting in errors for specific dates
  • The new sales doc export is missing some data that it previously contained
  • Export of visit data not working for Admins when more than a couple of days are selected for export
  • When reordering the form templates, the column Last modified is displaying the wrong data
  • Account owner is not able to change his custom attributes if he's an account owner in multiple accounts
  • Duplicate photo IDs in API export
