What's new
In the past weeks, we have fixed all known errors to ensure optimal app performance.
Below, you can see a list of improvements we have made to the Web portal, iOS, or Android.
- Distance Unit Selection- Users can now choose their preferred distance unit (kilometers or miles) directly in the mobile app under Menu → Settings → Distance units. This update provides flexibility for multinational teams by allowing each user to personalize their experience without affecting reporting or backend data.
- Enhanced Schedule Visit Exports for Greater Clarity - Improved all schedule- and visit-related exports by introducing clearer column names and fixing reported issues. These updates make exports easier to understand, more consistent across export types, and better aligned with how schedules appear in the app.
- Clearer Graphs, Smarter Icons: Making Repsly More Accessible for Everyone - Redesigned graphs and new icon indicators ensure key information is easy to interpret for all users, including those with color vision deficiencies.
iOS App
Fixes
- Form submitted on an Android device cannot be previewed on iOS
- Restriction for price lists on Sales documents is not working correctly
- When filtering jobs by Project, the rep can add a tag
- Time and mileage show a rep driving way more miles than they actually did
- If a company doesn't have any teams defined, the reps are unable to submit photos and notes because the app asks them to define a team before submission

- Limitation of form visibility to scheduled visits
Fixes
- Activities are not being linked to the ongoing visit to a freshly added custom place.
- Photos in multiphoto questions get saved to the device's gallery, even when that setting is turned off
- Form submissions made during the outage to the new places added by reps before submitting are not synced to the server.
- Reps are sometimes unable to log in if they use multiple user accounts on the device

- Admin can no longer edit tags on submitted sales docs
- Admin without a Place permission can no longer navigate to the Schedule and Report tabs from the new Place details view
- Geolocation doesn't update after moving a pin on the map to a different place on the map
- Can not edit visibility on form templates if you have the Teams feature, but no defined teams
- Search bar missing from the rep assignment picker in the new places UI
- Only the top 100 place tags are visible on the new place details view
- Not possible to enter the name of a venue in the address bar in the new Places UI
- If an admin from Team A unassigns Team A reps from a place, reps from all other teams get unassigned too
- If you try to navigate to Schedule or Report from the place details view after a change to that place is made, it shows a blank page
