What's new

In the past weeks, we have fixed all known errors to ensure optimal app performance.
Below, you can see a list of improvements we have made to the Web portal, iOS, and Android.

iOS App

Fixes

  • A scheduled project visit under a project for which the representative has no access is showing, and the project metadata is empty.
  • Recurring schedule creation doesn't always create all the necessary schedules for the future.
  • Editing a scheduled visit on rep's results in duplicate visits in the schedule view in the BO.
  • Random app crashes when opening place details.
  • Photos sometimes don't show when the reps upload them to photo questions.
  • Some of the forms are not visible on the feed, but are visible in the Form reports, due to the missing link between the activities and visits.
  • Territories are not synced correctly to the mobile app.
  • Can't send email from the mobile app, the feature is not offered.
  • Can't see POS data on the mobile for the Place that has POS data defined.

 

Android App

Updates

  • Ability to see a range of information on project details and visit details.
  • Sales doc list restricted by teams on mobile.

Fixes

  • Form cannot be submitted without filled-out matrix questions.
  • Opening a job board with more than 1000 jobs closes the app.
  • Scheduled mandatory tasks are not available to reps during the visit.

  • Restriction for price lists on Sales documents is not working correctly.

     

 

Portal

Fixes

  • Pricelists for places export contains all the pricelists that were ever assigned to a place, not just the current ones.
  • Team change on the project is not synced on mobile apps.
  • Places dropdown scrolling issue on the add/edit schedule modal window.
