What's new

Android users will experience a new Form editor screen, as well as an updated preview for previously submitted forms.

This redesign aligns with the Form design on the iOS mobile app, ensuring a consistent experience across platforms. Despite the fresh look, the navigation and workflow management within Forms remain unchanged, making it easy to access all the latest updates and features.

Fixes

  • When tracking mileage manually, the reps can't enter 0 as a start or end mileage.
  • When the rep opens the summary, the report won't load 
  • The app will kick reps out randomly during their workday 
  • Some products in retail audits have a checkmark on "Available" even if the rep didn't select them
  • The same visit is recorded three times, but only one has activities
  • Files linked to the places aren't visible on iOS
  • Reps can't open product details from the cart
  • The rep is being kicked out of the app when completing forms

Fixes

  • Forms with auto-fill enabled are showing empty
  • The app crashes when the rep opens the form template
  • Searching for a product in the product type question won't show any result
  • The rep can't open the submitted form, and they also can't edit it
  • Input is delayed in the text questions. Correcting one word in the middle of a sentence, the app will transfer you to the end of the sentence
  • The app crashes randomly when the rep is filling out the form
  • The app crashes when the rep opens the multi-select question
  • Searching for a product in the product type question won't show any result
  • Reps don't see form templates
  • The reps see only one question inside the form
  • Form questions are out of order
  • Can't save the photo in landscape mode on a single photo question 
  • All previously entered data is deleted when the rep takes a photo inside the form
  • If the rep exits the app while filling out the form, all data inside the form will be gone
  • Reps who don't have access to particular forms can still see submissions, open the forms, and see the answers

Fixes

  • The custom attribute will get deleted when the admin runs a user import without custom attributes.
  • You can assign users with only admin roles to places via import
  • Bulk updating places will give out an error that places were not updated but places were updated correctly
  • The user will get an error when downloading sample data for importing products on the pricelist
  • An error appears when linking files to multiple places, but the files are still linked
