Streamline your user management with one easy-to-use list with powerful filtering, simple import formatting, and selective exporting options. You can combine user list views and imports/exports for Reps and Admin into one complete view with a filter by role option. This advanced filtering-by-role functionality will make it easier for Admin to view, create, and manage users in one place.
How to add new users
1. To add a user, open the User tab
2. Click on New User.
3. Fill in the necessary data and Save the new user.
View, search, and filter users in one place
Filtering is much more powerful, allowing users to filter by role type and select from a number of additional filter options.
Import users in one list
Import users in one list and utilize new features, such as deciding if new users should receive an activation email or importing custom attributes for specific users.
Selective user exporting
Filter and select which users you would like to export and include enhancements like updated field formats for dates, time and numbers, matching with User Import, and new helpful fields like Last Mobile Sync.
Enable Web Access for Reps
Within the User Details view of a specific user profile, you can easily activate web app access by providing Admin privileges. Once provided with Admin privileges, you'll want to adjust access accordingly.
Modify Admin Permissions
Once you provide a new user or Rep with Admin privileges, you'll want to be certain that this user has proper access. Again, within the User Details view of a specific user profile, you can check or uncheck the specific areas that a Rep should/should not have access to.
Assign Custom Attributes
To assist even further with maintaining a high level of organization within your user database, you can easily utilize custom attributes for Admins that have also been assigned Rep access.
Send Activation Emails
Admin will now have more control over if/when they would like for users to receive an activation email. This is especially handy when an Admin prefers to set up a user profile before giving a user access to the account.
