What's new
In the past weeks, we have fixed all known errors to ensure optimal app performance.
Below, you can see a list of improvements we have made to the Web portal, APIs and Integrations, Advanced Reporting, iOS, or Android.
New Form Builder
The latest update to Repsly's web app introduces a comprehensive redesign of the form editor, offering a more intuitive user experience.
This new editor reveals a master control for auto-filling or making questions mandatory, enumeration for better navigation, collapsible question groups, and conditional logic question groups nested directly under parent questions, ensuring a streamlined workflow with improved visibility.
Additionally, you can now access the form editor, visibility settings, and form alerts from three separate tabs located at the top of the editor.
iOS App
Fixes
- When selecting a territory filter, the sort of territory names are not alphabetical.
- Reps can't send forms from other reps by email.
Android App
Updates
- I need to see the Document number on the Sales doc summary screen to easily identify some sales doc.
Portal
Updates
- I want to be able to easily expand/collapse all groups in one form in one click so that I instantly get clear picture of the form structure in front of me.
- I need a way to set File permissions (view/edit/assign..) on an individual level for every Admin user.
Fixes
- Modifying responses to selection-type questions in a form won't display the originally submitted answers in the activity feed.
- The form won’t load in the new editor.
- Form questions are auto-filled under the wrong section headers.
- When users click on Reorder forms on the mobile app, all forms are shown (active and inactive).
- Users can't scroll in the visibility setting tab.
Advanced Reporting
Updates
- The system now allows reporting on future scheduled visits and completed tasks during visits for representatives/places.
- The system can display recorded place visit notes in a tabular format, providing details if a note was recorded during a visit check-in to a place.
- The system can now calculate the distance between a place's geo-coordinates and the location where various activities (Visits, Retail Audits, Forms, Notes, and Sales Docs) were submitted. This feature helps determine if the activity occurred at the expected place by comparing geo-coordinates. It requires Reps to enable GPS location services for accurate recording of activity locations.
