Unified User List

With ease of use in mind, Repsly created a  single user profile that will dictate access to mobile or web applications based on role type - Rep and Admin (Admin will be replacing the term Backoffice User).

With this ability, you will now be able to add custom attributes for your admins to have all information in one place. You can also give mobile access in the same place if needed. Reporting will be more effortless as Rep and Admin users are displayed in one report.

Forms Template Page

• Redesigned table layout that displays all columns from within one view. Previously, columns would not display properly if a form name or description was too long.

• Improved navigation through the Form templates repository. Users can now hide all inactive templates, making it much easier to find the templates they need quickly and efficiently.

• New location for the “Sort forms on mobile” feature. This feature was hidden in the old UI and rarely utilized, but the new placement should result in increased usage.

• Easier to identify who and when a template was last modified/updated.

• Remote check-in to a scheduled visit is available now in the mobile app

• Any Time visits are now sorted by schedule created date

Fixes

• Visits were not properly synced in the back office 

• Couldn't enter a decimal point in numeric question in forms before a number

• Prices that had two decimal points with an ending zero are shown without the zero

• There was no filter button when adding a new scheduled visit through the schedule tab on iOS

• The product type question were showing inactive products instead of only active

• Sorting Form templates for mobile view so reps can always fill out the most important forms first.

• Admin with the assigned territory can see only representatives from his territory in filters when the "Group reps and places by territory" app setting is disabled.

• Import of schedules with alerts is available

• The updated schedule timeline for a day is available now

Fixes

• The newly created form template was not visible in the new form templates list. 

• Sort order on the mobile column was missing in the main template view

• In BO, products in sales orders were randomly sorted

• Missing info how many times is a particular form template submitted

• The attached files on form questions disappeared after saving and reopening the same form

• When duplicating a form and saving changes, an error appeared 

• When filtering by Sales documents (all), Representatives, and Document tags, BOU can't find any sales documents
