What's new

Recently, we had several product releases that have been released on your requests to help you reach your goals and give you a better experience with the Repsly app.

 

  • Time & Mileage Export 

These enhancements will be more consistent with the Time & Mileage report and make it easier to manipulate (e.g. summing total time for a team or hours for payroll). With these new updates, you will now have a better matching order, format, and labels in your Time & Mileage exports. 

How to read the values of an exported Time & Mileage report 

  • Advanced Pay

Improvements to Rep payment options enable an Admin to identify Project payment details accurately. Details such as setting a project pay rate based on the Rep pay rate instead of the project pay rate, inserting a bonus for specific visits on a project, and adding transparency for Reps to see how they will be compensated (pay rate amount/type and bonuses) ahead of claiming a visit.

How can a rep identify the potential pay of a job? 

  • Jobs on Map 

Available only on our Enterprise plan, Reps will now have the ability to discover a job, or multiple jobs, and view potential compensation at a particular place from the map view. Reps can identify places with the highest associated pay or most available jobs and plan their schedule around that.

  • Place Custom Attributes "disappear" when rep click on "Contact info" of the place 

  • Place Custom attributes - remove automatic save on screen open
