Repsly’s POS Analytics add-on connects your point-of-sale data directly to Repsly, giving you clear insights into sales and inventory performance. Once connected, you can track SKU-level sales trends, review rep or product performance, and give your team up-to-date data right on their mobile devices.
Field reps get a new Recent Sales Performance (Last 8 Weeks) summary in the POS mobile reports, so they can quickly understand how sales are trending without analyzing detailed charts.
Recent Sales Performance (Last 8 Weeks) summary
1. Open a Place and go to the Sales Tab to see POS data for the last 8 weeks.
You’ll see the POS charts and the new Recent Sales Performance (Last 8 Weeks) summary card.
The Recent Sales Performance card appears:
On the high-level POS report for a Place
On product-level drill-down views
For both Amount and Quantity metrics
Offline, as part of the default POS dataset (last 8 weeks)
The summary is always based on the most recent 8 weeks. It will:
Update when you:
Switch between Amount and Quantity
Change product filters (e.g., select a specific group or product)
Not update when you:
Scroll through historical chart data
Navigate older chart periods
Load full historical data
Sales by Product – Amount
On the Amount tab at the product level, you’ll see:
Total $ Sales across all products in the store
$ Sales by group of products
A green dot on the chart indicates weeks when a visit to that place occurred
Sales by Product – Quantity
On the Quantity tab at the product level, you’ll see:
Units sold for all products
Units sold within the selected group of products
Units in stock for all products
Units in stock within the selected group of products
The Recent Sales Performance card at this level reflects the selected product/product group and the Quantity metric.
Viewing additional historical POS data
By default, the mobile app stores and shows the most recent 8 weeks of POS data offline for fast, reliable performance.
If you need more history:
Open the Sales tab on the Place.
Tap Load Full History (Online).
This will:
Load extended POS history (up to your configured historical limit) into the chart only.
Not change the Recent Sales Performance (Last 8 Weeks) summary, which always represents the latest 8 weeks.
