Overview
Managing form visibility in large organizations can be challenging. To address this, we have introduced a feature that allows admins to set form visibility based on custom rep attributes such as Team, Department, Skills, etc. This enhancement aims to streamline the management of form access, making it easier and more efficient.
How It Works
Admins can now set form visibility using custom rep attributes in addition to place tags or individual reps. This means that when a new user is onboarded, they can be assigned the correct attributes to automatically gain access to the appropriate forms without additional manual updates.
*Please note you must have Custom Rep Attributes created in your account for this setting to appear in Forms.
Steps to Set Form Visibility by Custom Rep Attributes
1. Navigate to the Form you would like to edit:
2. Select Visibility Settings
3. Choose"Add custom representative attributes" and select from the available custom attributes you've created in your account
4. Save the changes to apply the new visibility settings to your Form!
