We know that your Reps may forget to check-out from a visit, and this can often lead to Admin's being forced to track down when this is occurring, how often it's occurring, etc.
The automatic check-out radius setting will help you prevent this from occurring when activated in your account. Let's review how to activate this setting, as well as a few exclusions where Reps are unable to be automatically checked-out even when this setting is turned on.
1) Inside the Application Settings in your Repsly account, you'll want to navigate to Check-In to locate the section you will want to turn on.
2) In order to toggle on the Automate check-out outside radius setting, you must activate the Limit check-in radius feature. Activating this feature will ensure that your Reps are unable to check-in to a visit if they are outside of a specific radius. *This check-in radius will not apply to remove check-ins.
3) Once you have activated the Limit check-in radius setting, you'll see a couple of things. First, a distance threshold will become available. It is important for you to use your best judgment when modifying this setting as this distance threshold will dictate when a Rep is unable to check-in to a visit and when they are automatically logged out from a visit. *The minimum distance threshold is 300 meters.
4) Once ready, simply check the box next to Automate check-out outside radius. Once checked, your Reps will be automatically logged out from a visit if their distance exceeds the threshold mentioned in the field above. *Please make sure you save these updates once applied.
