What's new
In the past weeks, we have fixed all known errors to ensure optimal app performance.
Below, you can see a list of improvements we have made to the Web portal, iOS, or Android.
(We have also added a new feature, which you can learn more about below.)
New login flow
The initial focus is updating the login flow experience and introducing new login screens. Through careful planning and meticulous execution, Repsly aims to minimize disruption to user login flows.
iOS App
Updates
- Update mobile login for unified users.
- Search through Files.
Fixes
- Retail Audit won’t load on iOS.
- Sign-in fails when you change the okta user (see description).
- The representative was checked in at the same place two times simultaneously.
- Reps can't send summary reports via email.
-
Selection and Multiple selection questions are missing an arrow.
-
The T&M map shows pins in the wrong location.
-
You cannot close the keyboard when you enter search criteria on files.
Android App
Updates
- Update mobile login for unified users.
- Search through Files.
Fixes
- When searching for products in Retail Audit, the app will lag.
Portal
Updates
- Ability to search through Files on a Place.
- Ability to be directed to the correct login from a confirmation page after I reset the password—The mobile user is redirected to the mobile app after they reset the password in the web browser. Now, all mobile users can reset the password in the web browser, and we will no longer redirect them inside the app to set the new password.
Fixes
-
Restricting reps by territory on the mobile app does not reset the "Enable access to unassigned places" setting.
-
New reset password flow doesn't support new company registration.
-
Filtering photos by one specific tag in the photo gallery doesn't return any results.
-
Not possible to deactivate specific Form template.
