When your reps add tags to photos in multi-photo form questions, those tags are visible and editable from Repsly Web - in Photo Gallery, Form Report, Activity Feed, Notifications, and Latest Activity on Places.
To view or edit tags on a form photo, follow these steps:
Go to Photo Gallery from the main menu.
Use the Tags filter to search for photos by tag. This filter includes both standalone photos and form photos, so you don't need to search separately.
Click on any photo to open the photo detail view. From here you can see all tags applied to that photo.
- To add or remove a tag, click Edit tags, make your changes, and click Save.
To add or remove tags on multiple photos at once, follow these steps:
From Photo Gallery, select the photos you want to update. You can mix standalone and form photos in the same selection. Click Bulk edit tags.
Choose the tags you want to add or remove, then click Apply.
Good to know:
- Form photos and standalone photos share the same tag list, managed in Tag Manager. Merging or deleting a tag there applies everywhere it's used, including form photos.
- Tag filtering is currently supported in Photo Gallery. Form Report filters, Summary, Submissions List, and Export views don't yet show tags.
