When using multi-photo questions in Forms, representatives can add tags to each photo right at the moment of capture, saving time later when managers search for photos in the Photo Gallery.
To add tags to a photo in a multi-photo form question, follow these steps:
- Open a form and go to the multi-photo question you need to complete.
Tap the camera icon to take a photo, or select one from your device gallery.
After capturing the photo, tap Add tags and select one or more tags from your list. Tagging is optional — you can submit the form without adding a tag.
Repeat for each additional photo in the question. Each photo keeps its own tags, so you can tag some photos and leave others untagged.
Need to make a change? Tap any photo before submitting to review or edit its tags.
- Once you're happy with your photos and tags, click Submit.
Good to know:
- If you're offline when you tag a photo, your tags save to the device and sync automatically once you're back online.
- Tags added in a form use the same tag list as standalone Photos — there's nothing new to set up.
- Managers can find tagged form photos in Photo Gallery alongside standalone photos, and filter or bulk-edit tags across both.
