Exporting data from Repsly can be an effective tool for further analysis. Within Repsly, there are two ways in which data can be exported.
- Using the Activities >Export
- Using the Export function, located in the settings feature of the web application.
Exporting Forms through the Activities page
1. Navigate to the Activities tab on the left side of your screen and filter it by specific "Form".
2. Click on the Export button under the Activities map.
3. Choose show places' additional attributes and choose a file type. After that click Export
Export and Import tab
1. Open the Export tab, and click on the Forms tab. Choose the date range and Form you would like to export and click on the Export button.
When you export your Forms, you can find the link to each Form in the file for the exported Form in the last column. When you click on that link, you can open each form in the print-friendly Format.
Async Export
Form document exports now run asynchronously, handling large and complex data in the background with clearer formatting, progress tracking, and in-app and email notifications.
Go to Form Reports in the Web App.
2. Open the form in question and click Export.
3. Select the desired export format (Excel, CSV, or Charts as PDF).
4. Click Export to start generating the file. The export will begin processing in the background, and you will receive a notification when it is complete.
You can download the file in the following ways:
From the Progress Panel in the Web App, where the export status is displayed.
From the email notification containing the download link.
This allows you to download the file even if you have already left the Web App.
Matrix question exports
If the form contains Matrix or Product Matrix questions, the exported files are structured to make the data easier to review.
Each Matrix question is exported to a separate Excel tab and CSV file. This preserves the original structure of the responses and makes filtering, reporting, and further analysis easier.
Results
Using these two options to export files from Repsly will allow your Management to analyze further information gathered by field representatives.
After completing the above steps, a file should be downloaded to your PC and be ready for analysis.
