The Teams feature allows you to organize your Admins and Reps into separate groups and automatically restrict all data visibility based on team assignments. This feature provides granular control over data access, ensuring that users within a team can only view and interact with data relevant to their assigned team. Think of it as creating completely separate workspaces within your Repsly account - Team North won't see anything that Team South does, and vice versa.

How Teams Work
When Teams is enabled for your account:
- All users must be assigned to at least one team - there's no way to exist without a team assignment
- All data objects (forms, files, activities) are automatically assigned to teams
- Users only see data from their assigned teams - no exceptions
- Team restrictions stack on top of existing territory and place restrictions
- Data automatically filters so users cannot accidentally access unauthorized information
Team Assignment Logic
- Single Team Assignment: Users see only their team's data (most restrictive)
- Multiple Team Assignment: Users see data from all assigned teams (good for managers)
- All Teams Assignment: Users see everything (super admin level - use sparingly)
