Forms are the perfect way for your reps to capture client information and data. We provided step-by-step instructions on how to use forms in mobile apps.
Reps can now make changes to submitted forms, even if the Form template has been updated since it was filled out. When Reps make edits, the original questions and answer options will still show up, so it’s easy to update older submissions without any confusion. This helps keep your records accurate and up to date, even as forms evolve.
Fill Out and Send Forms
1. Choose the place for which you wish to fill out the form from your list of places. Check in to place.
2. Select the Form option and choose the Form
4. Fill out all the necessary fields on the form. Press the Submit button.
5. If you want to email this form, please click the Submit and Send by Email buttons.
Results
The form will be sent to the back office and made available for the manager to see.
An out-of-store activity means that a rep has yet to visit a place and just submitted a Form without checking in to that place. Because of that, the Form is not shown as a box but covers the entire screen and has a blue label on top.
