To do that please follow these steps:

1. Click on the Activities tab. Click on the Filter icon to select filters to narrow down your data. Select the date(s) for which you want to see your notes history, using the date filter. Use the filter button to filter your activities only by notes. The notes will be listed on the news-feed in chronological order. Click the Done button.

2.  Find the note you want to edit, click on the three vertical dots, and click on Edit.

3. When you edit the note, click again on submit, and your changes will be saved.
