For many after a COVID induced pause, it’s now time to safely get back out into the field.
To help you transition back to field activities, we’ve prepared a quick guide with key ingredients to keep in mind while adapting to the ‘’new’’ new normal.
1. Don’t forget to start and end your day in the app. (Otherwise, your time and mileage won't be recorded for the whole day).
Refresh your knowledge on best practices for starting & ending your day in the following link and remember, once you end your day in the app, it cannot be restarted!
2. It’s been a while since you’ve visited your accounts, so you’ll want to refresh your memory before going into the store.
No problem, simply click on the account’s profile and you will see all the notes, photos, or orders placed at that account. Feel free to filter down to just your own notes too! If you need a reminder on how to do that, follow these steps.
For new reps please check out our guide on how to make a visit and capture all your insights.
3. Build the optimal route for hitting your stops.
You probably need to get out and visit a lot of stores; to check their conditions, re-establish relationships, or order more product. With less time and more stores - route optimization and efficiency are more important than ever.
Let Repsly figure out the best route for you, so you can focus on the store visits. All you need to do is go to your schedule, add the stops you want to make and click on the ‘Route’ button. Presto the perfect route will then appear! We’ve also included a short guide on this process.
