A customer of mine recently had to completely change their coverage model, due to new COVID 19 restrictions. Some of their regions were forced to stay at home and not visit retailers - and other areas needed extra coverage. By directly assigning reps to their new stores, they can closely monitor coverage for now -- and hopefully once they shift back into a "normal" operating mode.
They used the Repsly Actions feature to assign their reps to their new stores and simply uploaded a new updated schedule into Repsly, so that the rep's could hit the ground running.
Their team really benefited from building out routes and schedules, so that the rep's could use the Repsly mobile app for driving directions to their new stores. Especially as a lot of these stores were in zones they don't normally visit, keeping it all in app saved the reps a ton of wasted time.
