I would love to hear from the customer community on some of their tips on how they keep their Repsly account up to date across all of their field reps? Does anyone have a trick or favorite feature?
For my customers I always tell them to start with the basics:
- Use Standardized Forms to Keep Data Consistent
- Turn on Form Alerts for your Main KPIs
- Encourage your Reps to Post in Real Time, While At the Store
- Have Transparency across teams or regions by using the Activities tab to celebrate big wins
Any ideas on what else I should add to the list?
