Admins can choose to allow their team to set the passwords for themselves straight from the mobile app. If you choose to activate this setting for your team, you can see in our guide below how the process looks like from their end. To allow your team to reset their passwords, managers have to turn this setting on in the Application Settings under Representatives, as instructed below.
1. Click on the Gear icon and choose Settings. Click on Application Settings
2. Click on Representatives and check the box next to Enable reps to reset password and click on Save.
