Repsly allows you to have as many back-office users as you want, charged accordingly to your pricing model.
If you have back-office users that should have access to the mobile app as your representatives do, you can easily grant them access to the Repsly app by following the steps described below.
1. Click on the Gear icon. Click on the Back-office users.
2. Choose a user you want to give mobile access to.
3. Open the user profile and check the box next to Enable mobile access. Keep in mind that you will be charged for one extra seat if you do this action. 
Result
Your teammate will be able to use the Repsly app, just like any other representative.
Keep in mind that your subscription will be adjusted accordingly.
