To export your time and mileage in the Activity feed choose Time and mileage from the Activities drop-down menu, select your date range and other filters if needed (rep, place, tags, Territory) and click on the Apply button.
When you've selected the Time & Mileage Tracking activity, you will see a green "Export" button.
When you click the button, you will be able to choose the format of the spreadsheet.
After exporting your spreadsheet, your data will look something like this.
We explain the meaning of the columns below:
Column A: Date – This is the date for which the time and mileage is recorded
Column B: Begin datetime – This is the time when your rep started their day
Column C: End datetime – This is the time when your rep ended their day
Column D: Total – Total working time in minutes
Column E: Mileage start – This is the value of your start mileage
Column F: Mileage end – This is the value of your mileage at the end of your workday
Column G: Mileage total – This is the total mileage for your workday
Column H: Number of visits – This is the number of visits made
Column I: Min of visits- This is the time of the first visit
Column J: Max of visits –This is the time of the last visit
Column K: Min/Max visit time –This is the value in minutes of how much time has passed between the first and the last visit
Column L: Representative ID
Column M: Representative Name
Column N: Time spent – Total time spent in visits (check-ins)
Column O: Time in travel – This is the time spent in travel in minutes
Column P: Pause total – This is the total duration of the pause
Column Q: Working time total – This is the duration of the workday from start until the end
Column R: Time at place – This is the time spent in place visits
Column S: Time in travel – This is the time spent in travel in hours
