If you made some mistake or missed adding some information while you were filling out the form and you want to change it, but you don't know-how? We will show you in this article how to edit the Form that you already submitted. The process is the same for all Activities that can be edited. You can edit Forms, Notes, Photo notes.
1. When you submitted the form, choose the three dots in the right corner of the Form 
2. Click on Edit
3. Change the fields that you want
4. Click on the Submit 
5. You can choose to submit or submit and send by email
Result
After you have followed all the steps, your changes will be saved and you will have the proper information in your Forms, Notes, Photo notes.
