Once your representative account is created, you automatically get an invitation e-mail that is sent from the address info@repsly.com with the title [Repsly] Representative account created to the e-mail you originally set in your profile by your manager.
This e-mail needs to be opened only from the rep's mobile device browser and then the rep should click on the link inside the e-mail, on the red INSTALL MOBILE APP

***If someone didn't get this e-mail, their manager can resend it again from each representative profile by clicking on the orange send activation e-mail button - please do that when your team reach out with login issues. You can resend the e-mail an unlimited amount of times each time someone reports a login issue.
***Also please look at your spam/trash folders or check with their e-mail provider if Repsly e-mails are being blacklisted.
***Please don't install our app on your own, but look for the invitation e-mail to download it.
***If you only have a representative profile, you can access Repsly only from your mobile app and not the web app or Repsly via a mobile browser.
