If your field team needs to send some Forms, Sales documents or Audits always to the same e-mail recipients, they don't need to type them manually with each e-mail but you can save these e-mails for your team to choose them from the dropdown menu.
In the guide below, we demonstrate how you can set up e-mails from the web app for your field team to use.
1. The first step is to enter these e-mail addresses in the Custom fields of your places.
You will notice that we have only one e-mail field in your place profile, but that is not a problem, if you will need more e-mails for your accounts, you can create more e-mail fields using our Custom fields.

2. Once you create your Custom fields - and name them as you need, for example, distributor e-mail, supervisor e-mail, office etc. you need to go to the places you want these e-mails to be available for and enter these addresses in these fields.
That's how it's done in Repsly, but it's more practical to export your place list to do this action in bulk for all your places.
If you already have custom fields and need to update them, you need to export your places in Tabular view and your custom fields will be exported as well.

Below is an example of one custom field, but you can have as many as you want with different e-mails attached to different places.
Once you do that your representatives go to send orders they don't have to type in the e-mail address but they click on the "to" filed and the e-mail will automatically populate.
There is a slight design difference between an iOS and an Android device. On iOS when you click the plus button the address will appear and on Android devices, it will appear when you start typing the address or hold on the sender field for 2 seconds.
