In the Form template next to the "active form" box there is also an " Auto-fill on open" box. This is an optional feature to activate and we explain further what activating it means for you and your field team.
If the Auto-Fill box is checked, when the representatives fill out this form for any given client, the next time a representative opens that same form for the same client, all the questions in the form you have chosen to be auto-filled will be pre-populated with the originally entered data that was submitted on the last visit.
Having this feature turned on can additionally save your team time in filling out forms in the field, especially if the data captured doesn't change much from visit to visit. You can choose to have this feature on for all or some questions in Forms and disable it anytime.
To give your representatives a blank Form each time they open it, simply un-check the box (as shown in the picture below) for each Form you have.
We added the auto-fill option to every question so that the user can choose which questions to auto-fill and which ones need to be filled during the current visit.
