In Repsly you can store your Planogram and make it easily accessible to your field team.
Having straight to the point instructions and a visual representation of product shelving in the palm of the hand will help your team increase efficiency and minimize any chance of error. There are a couple of ways you can store your planogram in Repsly and below we name all of them.
- Save Planogram with other Place information
- Save Planogram in a specific Form
- Share Planogram via Messenger
Custom fields in Places
You can store your planogram in a place custom field, so when visiting a place from the mobile app your reps can pull up the planogram you have created and see the individual planogram for that store. Just make sure that it is formatted as a clickable link that can be easily opened when clicked on from the mobile app. Once you create your planogram custom field you can also import it and update it in bulk with all other place data.
Note that if you want to export and update your custom field(s) in your place list, switch to Tabular view and then click on Export. When you export your list using these steps your additional attributes will export as well. For more information on how to create your custom fields, please see this guide on this link: How to add Custom Place Fields
In the image below you can see how it looks like from the Place view in the web app
In the following image, you can see the custom field Planogram from the mobile app. The rep will need to click on the Contact tab of the place to see this information.
NOTE: The link is entered in the input field, not the custom field title. To add this in bulk, please export your place list from the Tabular view, add the link in the appropriate rows next to places you want it to appear, and import your Place list back to Repsly. You can have as many different links and custom fields for different planograms as you need. Below is just an example of one particular planogram, but you can have more.
Planogram in a Form
The best tool for merchandising and capturing in-store activities are Forms. If you are subscribed to our Forms module, we would advise storing your planogram in Forms. The best way to do it is by storing your planogram in a "Section header" question type as a clickable link. That way it stands out and when you open your form and start auditing the shelf it only takes one click to open an example of how your shelf facing should look in comparison to your planogram.
Below is an example of how it can look like in a From from the web app.
This is how it looks like from the mobile app:
Sharing via Repsly Messenger
You can also share your (new) Planogram with your entire team or individual reps via our new messaging feature. Just upload the picture and send it and your team will get the message in real-time.
Result
With any of the approaches above, your reps will be able to easily access a planogram of the store they are in, and navigate more easier than ever.
