With the new Tips&tricks tab integrated into the mobile app representatives now have the direct access to our knowledge base, can know what's new in the last version of the mobile app and how to use certain features.
1. Click on the Tips&tricks tab
2. Choose a category by clicking on the arrow on the right of the topic you need or tap on the magnifying glass top right to search
3. Type in the search bar the keywords that address your question. In the example below, we typed in "How to edit a note" and all articles related to Notes will be listed out
4. Click on the title of the article you need and it will open with the instructions just like the one you're reading right now.
