If you are subscribed to the scheduling module you have the ability to take action on your Actions business insights by scheduling rep visits to whole segments of places at once.
Here’s how easy it can be done:
- Use Actions tab to gain insights into what’s happening in your accounts. Use filters to build "Segments" of Places, for example:
- Out-of-Stocks Yesterday.
- Category A - Not Visited in a Week.
- "New" accounts created in the past month.
2. After you have selected your accounts, click on the “Schedule a visit” button and assign reps for each visit.
3. Optionally, assign specific tasks to be performed at each visit and optionally set a due date.
