If you are subscribed to Scheduling, you have the ability to take action on your Actions business insights by scheduling representatives to visit multiple places at once.
Here’s how easy it can be done:
- Use the Actions tab to gain insights into what’s happening in your accounts.
Use filters to filter and find only the Places you need.
- After you have selected your accounts, click on the Schedule a visit button,.
The first window will open and you will be able to assign specific reps for each visit.
- In the next window, you can set a time at which you want these visits to occur.
Alternatively, you can set a due date, as the last day you want the visits to happen.
- Optionally, you can assign specific tasks to be performed at each visit.
By performing the actions described above, you can set multiple visits for multiple representatives, all with just a few simple clicks!
