In the following video, we show you how to reset the password from your mobile app.
If the setting is turned on for you, click on the "Forgot your password" that you will see below the Sign in button and an e-mail to reset your password will be sent to your e-mail so you can reset your password from there.
The setting must be turned on in the back-office and the representative needs to have a valid e-mail address entered in the rep profile.
