If you are visiting a client and trying to check-in, but your Repsly app is showing you the message "You cannot check into this store. You are out of range.", then the location of that Place may be incorrect in Repsly. If the location is entered with the correct address, but the wrong position is displayed on the map, you can update the location straight from your Repsly mobile application by adjusting the pin.

- Select the Place you want to update and click on Contact
- Click on the EDIT button which you will see in the Contact field
- A map will appear on the top of the screen with the following instructions: Tap and hold on map to set new location for this place.
- When you set the pin you will see the message: Do you want to update contact with this address? In this step, you can click on No

- Select the Place you want to update and tap on Contact
- Click on the pencil icon that is located in the top right corner in the Basic info field
- When you open the location information window, click on the green pin located in the right corner of the Street Address field
- After clicking on the green pin, a new window with a map will open, where the red pin shows the current Geolocation. Touch the red pin and drag it to the actual position of your location on the map. When you set the pin, click on Done located in the top right corner of the screen.
- After you click on Done, a new window will appear with the message Do you want to update address as well? In this step, you can click on No.
Result
The geolocation of the Place will be updated and you will be able to check into a Place.
