Using the Actions tab you can filter places and perform actions in bulk.
When it comes to filtering your places, you can choose from many different attributes and these are:
- Days since last check in
- Place tags
- Assigned rep
- Place name
- Place address
- Place ID
You can filter ALL the places or only ACTIVE ones. More about setting up our filters you can find in our other article How to build filters in Actions tab, under this link here: https://knowledge.repsly.com/hc/en-us/articles/115010078928-How-to-build-filters-in-Actions-tab
We will show you how to use filters for places using as an example the Days since last check in filter.
When you enter Actions you will see a drop-down menu with the filters to choose from. In our example, we will choose the Days since last check in filter as illustrated below.
After you select the desired filter you can narrow the search down by choosing from another set of filters from the drop-down menu on the right.
In our case, when you select the Days since last check in filter, in the second drop-down menu you can choose from less than, more than and never checked in options.
In our example, we went for the more than filter.
After you determine the second filter you will see a third field appear that will require a numeric value as an answer for the second filter. In this example, we will write the number 14 in the last field.
When we do this, we will set up a search to filter all the places that haven't been visited i.e. checked into for more than 14 days.
Once you set up these filters and click on Apply on the left side of the page on your Place list you will see only the places that meet the criteria you just set with your filters.
In our case, we have 12 out of 466 places that fall into the category of places that haven't been visited for more than 14 days.
Once you filtered your places you can export them, assign them to a rep or click on the three vertical green dots and perform more bulk actions:
This was an example of filtering places by the Days since last check in criteria, but as you can see there are many other filters and combinations to choose from and once you filter your Places to get the ones that meet your criteria you can easily perform many other actions only on these places and also in bulk.
